"Dead Island: Riptide" was first hinted at during E3. Many people, myself included, thought that it was a direct sequel to "Dead Island."
Well, I was mistaken. "Dead Island: Riptide" is not "Dead Island 2." However, it does take place in the same world as "Dead Island" and will serve to expand upon the game setting.

"Deadlight" by Tequila Works is a 2-D side-scroller survival horror video game for XBOX360.
The world has fallen to a zombie apocalypse.
Can Canadian forest ranger Randall Wayne make his way through zombie infested Seattle, WA and find his missing wife and daughter?
When we last left off in Let's Play Silent Hill Part 1, I somehow managed to run away from the murderous dogs and pterodactyls roaming the streets of Silent Hill and quickly made my way up the steps of the front entrance of Midwich elementary school.
Schools are always unsettling at night. If you have ever stayed after school for a function (in my case it was play practice) you would know that once the school has been vacated of children and teachers alike, it turns into a different, more sinister, place. In Silent Hill, an empty school at night turns into a hellish nightmare haunted by demonic children.

As a denizen of the Metro Detroit area I know that it's no big secret that Detroit is a run-down city with a bad reputation. Between a dwindling population and an inability of local politicians to eliminate the taint of corruption that prevents even the most simplest of bills to be put into place, it's no wonder that entrepreneurs like Marc Siwak have jumped on the zombie apocalypse bandwagon.
In one of the most optimistic views that I've come across as a future vision of Detroit, Siwak wants to take the abandoned buildings and transform them from a legal liability into a profitable opportunity for Detroit called Z World.

The "World War Z" script is undergoing yet another rewrite thanks to conflicting opinions and in-fighting on the set.
The original "World War Z" script was penned by J. Michael Straczynski (the creator of "Bablyon 5"), who stated that it was a faithful screen adaptation of Max Brooks' book, complete with the interview-based narrative structure. This was rewritten by Matthew Michael Carnahan into a PG-13 thriller/horror movie with franchise potential. The biggest change to "World War Z" was making interviewer Gerry Lane (Brad Pitt) a UN employee that is racing against time to stop a zombie pandemic from destroying the world.
